Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the booking and rental of Villa Bibisea ("the Villa"), located in Bibinje, Croatia. By submitting a booking inquiry or confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed in writing. Full payment terms (deposit amount, due dates, accepted payment methods) will be communicated directly during the booking process.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit, equivalent to one day's rental price, is required on arrival and collected as a cash payment. It is refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property for damage.

Check-out: 10:00
Minimum stay: 5 nights

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Contact us directly for cancellation or date-change requests.

House Rules

Pets are permitted only upon prior agreement.
The maximum occupancy of the Villa must not be exceeded.
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay and are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability

Villa Bibisea and its owners/operators are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during a guest's stay, except where required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and the European Union.
